How does it work?

Community management firms desiring to use the service sign up over the Internet. The management firm then inputs data about their specific associations into the database. The data is stored in a password secured database. In conjunction with association’s data, the management firm also provides essential governing documents to by association and store them in a PDF format for realtors, title, escrow and lenders to use.

ReadyRESALE is the latest Association Ready product and is designed to automate the production and electronic delivery of residential closing information including:

Disclosure Questionnaires

Estoppell or Demand Letters

Community Documents such as Covenants, Bylaws, Articles, Year-End Financials and Budgets

Standards or other community documents

This means the required documents can be delivered in minutes without any disruption to your staff when you get that last minute call from the settlement table.

Note: Any "Abacoa" Association requires two separate estoppels. One is for the Abacoa POA, and one for the Association.
