PRINCIPAL OF BRISTOL MANAGEMENT

 Steve Inglis, a Florida native, graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Political Science/Urban Planning. He has always worked in the Service Industry and feels his background has helped him to manage successfully some of the finest communities in Florida.

 He has over 25 years of management experience at some of Florida's premier residential communities, i.e. Boca Polo, Arvida/Disney's Boca West and Broken Sound, St. Andrews Country Club and Palm Beach Polo and Country Club.  He was involved in the largest equity buy out/turnover in Florida at Boca West in 1985/86.

 He is very competent in preparing association budgets, projecting operating costs and recommending ways to decrease or offset operating deficits.  He is also adept in building and grounds maintenance including landscaping and irrigation.  With his technical and practical expertise he has the reputation of getting the job done.

 Steve will develop a Management Plan for effectively managing all the association(s) operations for each community.  The Management Plan will include procedures for architectural control, collection of assessments, enforcement of rules and regulations, fiscal management and the procedure for settling the disputes which are a common part of community living.

 He has set up an effective Security Operation for some of the most exclusive communities in Florida.  He has overseen Concrete Restoration Projects as large as 3.2 million.  Re-roofing, Roads and Mold are also problems that Steve has tremendous experience in.

 He has been active in CAI, Community Association Institute, as well as, past President.  He also has been active in the past as a member of the Treasure Coast Condominium Association and a member of numerous National Committees. 

 Steve is one of less than 160 Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) in the nation.  This is a designation given by CAI to members that have completed extensive educational courses and numerous hours of service and experience in the community association industry.

 With his positive track record and a strong credibility within the Property Management profession, he has become a leader in the field.  He is also a common speaker at numerous organizations involved with property management, including Palm Beach Community College, and his articles have been published nationally.  His experience and expertise would be a valuable asset to any Community.
