Water Restrictions Changes Effective April 18, 2008

Palm Beach County will require users to limit all outdoor water use -- including lawn watering and car washing -- to (2) two days per week and no more than four hours per day.

• Odd street addresses may irrigate lawns and landscapes on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
   

• Even street addresses may irrigate lawns and landscapes on Thursdays and Sundays between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

 Please be advised that NorthFork property owners are responsible for arranging the connection and/or cancellation of their security monitoring. 

The NorthFork POA offers a discounted rate for security services through ADT ($52.77 per quarter).  All homeowners need to contact ADT Security Services directly to update information of the property. Notification of termination or enrollment with ADT also needs to be communicated to Bristol Management for billing purposes.

The NorthFork P0A is prohibited by contract to making any changes to monitoring services.
