On Saturday, April 11, 2009 Bristol Management Services Inc. presented a
“Free Family Fun Event” at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter Florida. The festivities began at 4:00 p.m. with the Easter Bunny and an Easter Egg Hunt. Bristol Management invited all the homeowners in the associations that they manage in the Jupiter area. Over 3,100 homeowners attended with 1/3 of those attending being children. There were 12 bounce houses, pony rides and a petting zoo for the children. It was great to see all the children playing in the bounce houses, and the petting zoo was taken over with children getting to hold chickens, bunnies, and petting goats, pigs and ducks. By far, the pony ride was the biggest hit. I am not sure who liked it more, the children or the parents and grandparents.
At 4:30 p.m., we had over 3,000 Easter eggs spread out throughout the ball field. The ball players had nothing to worry about, as the field was picked up and cleaned in a matter of minutes. It reminded me of locusts in a wheat field! At 6:05 p.m. the Baseball Game began featuring the Jupiter Hammerheads vs. the Palm Beach Cardinals. Bristol’s association’s homeowners, employees and their families received free admission, free hot dogs and sodas, and goodie bags for adults and kids were distributed. Bristol Management acknowledges and thanks the following sponsors that made this event possible:
Cleansource, Coastal Painting, Comcast Cable, Dolphin Landscape, Horizon Landscape, Jupiter Plumbing, M & H Pressure Cleaning, Minuteman Press, RV Johnson Insurance, Sago Landscape, Store Self Storage, Total Maintenance, Treasure Coast Irrigation, Tequesta Insurance Agency, Southern Exposure, Only Trees, Regal Paints, and ValleyCrest Landscaping.
P.S. The Hammerheads won the game, but really the kids won an evening of a great time!
