All About usBristol Management's PhilosophyBristol Management's philosophy of management is a profession requiring professionals. It is our job to inform the Board of Directors what has successfully worked in other communities, not only here, but nationally. It is the Board of Directors who set policies that we, as management, implement on a day-to-day basis. By informing the Board of Directors of all the issues, preparing bids, specifications, qualifying contractors and evaluating contracts, we feel we can ensure the most economical and efficient operation of the Association. Bristol Management has developed a knowledge base of good, qualified contractors, thus giving the Association the best of both worlds. Bristol Management is a management company offering professional personalized service to over 170 Associations in Palm Beach,Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Most of our Associations have been with us for a number of years. We are part of this community for the long haul, and wish to develop both short and long term plans on the best ways to protect and appreciate the property values of the communities we manage.

The Web page is designed to do a number of things: Allow the Owner to communicate to their Property Manager via E-mail. To do this you go to the Association's page, find your manager from the list and then click on their name. This will also allow the manager another way to receive concerns from Owners. We also hope to have Associations using the website to communicate such information as rules & regulations, sales & rental information and other basic information. The Board of Directors will have the final say as to what information is provided. We believe this is going to be a valuable tool and hope all the associations will use it as much as possible. |
