Under "the new provisions of Florida Statute 715.07", regarding "Towing Vehicles on Condo property", the Association is well within its rights to have unauthorized vehicle towed away. We, as the Board, must ENFORCE the rule. Whether you are a Unit Owner, Unit Renter, Unit Guest, it is your responsibility to know the rules of the Condominium Association, that unauthorized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on Association property. Signs are posted at both entrances and satisfies the notice requirements as stated in the County Ordinance and State Laws. If we find an unauthorized vehicle, we will have a sticker placed on that vehicle and have it towed away by an Authorized Towing Company at vehicle owner's expense. Furthermore, if the Owner, Renter, or Guest arrives at the scene prior to towing the vehicle, the vehicle will be disconnected and the owner of the vehicle shall he liable for the payment. The Association is prepared to defend itself in a court of law, if necessary. In an effort to be fair to all, the Board of Directors has elected to institute a visitors pass system. The process will work as follows: When a resident is expecting guests who drive a truck, they must request a visitors pass from any Board member or Bristol Management for the period their guests will be staying, (up to two weeks maximum.) The pass will be dated and signed and placed in the left corner of the windshield while it is parked On Wingfoot property. Upon expiration of the pass, the vehicle will no longer be permitted on the property. Trucks parked on the property without a pass will continue to be stickered and subject to towing at owner's expense. We ask you to please obey the Rules. THANK YOU, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
