STATEMENT OF THE LESSEE/RENTER

I (We) hereby acknowledge that I (We) abide by the Rules and Regulations set forth by the Wingfoot Condominium Association I also understand that I/We am(are) responsible for my actions an defined in Florida Statute 718.303. "Actions for damages or injunctive relief for failure to comply with these provisions may now be brought against tenant leasing/renting a unit rather than the owner."

I (We) have, especially reviewed the following, and with my (our) signature(s) will agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations and decision of the Board. Failure to comply with terms and Conditions thereof shall be a material default and breech of the lease/rent agreement.

The amount of the fine which may be levied by the Association for failure to comply with any provisions of the Declaration, Bylaws, or Rules of the Association is $100 per violation per Florida Statute 718-303(3)

STATEMENT OF WELCOME COMMITTEE

A copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Wingfoot Condominium Association have been given to the applicants(s) and he(she) have been informed of the specific vehicle restrictions and pet restrictions.

He(she) have also been informed that only those persons listed on the "Application for Approval of Lease/Rent Agreement" may occupy the unit.
