All paperwork regarding Sales and Leases are the responsibility of the Realtor and/or Seller. The following forms must be completed by the purchaser/lessee before an interview can be scheduled:

1. Application for occupancy
2. Copy of Sale/Rental agreement
3. Owner information for Association
4. Owner/Resident age information
5. Application fee made payable to the Association attached to the completed package.
6. Also please make sure that you are provided with a copy of the Association documents at closing. If you do not receive the documents, please notify the Association immediately.
