San Palermo
San Palermo is the
smallest of the Abacoa communities. It consists
of 34 town homes between the Valencia Homes and
Fredrick Small Road. The community is a little
over 5 years old and is a wonderful mixture of
“snowbirds”, owners, renters, and families with
children. It has been managed by Bristol
Management Services since the start and the
present Property Manager is Lindy Savage.

owners have made use of the facilities in the
