RULES & REGULATIONS
- Please notify office on arrival and check out When leaving.
- Do not use balconies for drying towels or swim suits.
- Do not shake rugs, mops, or throw or sweep anything from balconies.
- Please regulate the volume of noise, TV or music. Take care when opening and closing patio, or cabinet doors. No radios or tape players on pool deck.
- Do not put large objects in trash chute, take to garbage room. Put all wet garbage in plastic bags and tie.
- Please help keep all areas clean and neat.
- Please do not ask condo personnel for service of any kind.
- No cooking permitted on balconies or terraces.
- The 2nd ground level doors at each end of building are for emergency only - an alarm will sound when opened.
- Please park in stall assigned to your apartment.
- The rules for pool use are posted on deck. Please abide with them.
- Pets are not permitted.
- No boats or trailers are to be parked on condo property.
- Nothing should be left on the stairwell or walkway.
- No flammable or toxic material other than household cleaners should be kept in the apartments.
- Footwear and cover-ups must be worn in the elevators and lobby. Please dry off before leaving pool area.
