QUESTION AND ANSWER SHEET FOR PROSPECTIVE UNIT OWNERS

Question: Are pets allowed in the building?
Answer: No pets of any kind are allowed.
  
Question: Are rentals permitted?
Answer: Yes. A unit may be rented not more than two times a year and for not less than one month at a time.
  
Question: Are there restrictions on the use of balconies?
Answer: Yes. No laundry, bathing suits, towels and the like may be hung on the balcony or railings. No barbecuing is allowed.
  
Question: What special services does the association pay for?
Answer: The association pays for cable TV.
  
Question: What about storm shutters?
Answer: Storm shutters are installed and maintained at the expense of the unit owner and must be approved by the Board of Directors.
  
Question: What are the restrictions on autos?
Answer: No trailers, vans, recreational vehicles or trucks are permitted on the premises. All covered parking areas are assigned.
  
Question: Are any signs or advertisements allowed?
Answer: No. Not any kind.
  
Question: What are the smoking rules?
Answer: No smoking is permitted in the common areas under the Florida Clean Air Act.
  
Question:  How are maintenance charges handled?
Answer: Maintenance charges are billed and payable semi-annually.
  
Question: When is maintenance man available?
Answer: Maintenance man is available from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
