Port Sewall Harbor & Tennis Club

We are a community of 115 homes and one vacant lot. In addition, we have tennis courts and a pool available to our owners. Please review the Architectural Change Forms and the Rules and Regulations which are both available for download below. Board Meetings are typically held the third Thursday of each month at 7 PM.  Architectural change forms can be presented for approval at the Board Meeting or given to a member of the ARC Committee or the President at any time.

Complaints about covenants violations need to be in writing and can be mailed to the Association or can be emailed to the property manager at dorothy@bristolmanagement.com
