FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE MAPLEWOOD PHASE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

 AND ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Annual Meeting of the Owners and Election of Directors of Maplewood Phase I Homeowners Association shall be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. at the community center (clubhouse) in the Cambridge at Abacoa neighborhood, located at 160 Waterford Drive, Jupiter, FL  33458. 

At said meeting the members shall be electing five (5) members to the Board of Directors. If you would like to be a candidate for the Board of Directors, you must return written notice of your intention to be a candidate to Bristol Management no later than February 13, 2006.

PLEASE CONSIDER A POSITION ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.  YOUR COMMUNITY MUST FILL THE VACANT (5) POSITIONS.  If the membership does not fill these positions, by law it must be managed and a legal representative would be appointed.   

Each candidate may include with his/her written notice of intent, a one-page information sheet regarding their qualifications (no larger than 8 1/2" X 11") that will be included when the voting ballots are mailed to the members of the Association.
