area property.

Article VIII, Part H:
The A.R.B is
in charge of reviewing all exterior changes to properties in
Egret Landing. A.R.B Meeting’s are twice per month the dates
are posted on the bulletin board at the clubhouse.
Please make
sure you have A.R.B approval for any exterior change to your
home. The regulations below are taken from the Declaration of
Covenants and Restrictions for Egret Landing at Jupiter, Article
VIII, Part H:
The ARB is
empowered to publish or modify, from time to time, design and
development standards for the Development, including, but not
limited to the following
1.
Roof
2.
Fences, walls and similar
structure
3.
Exterior building materials
and colors. House painting (even if the same color)

Exterior landscaping
5.
Signs and graphics,
mailboxes, address numbers and exterior lighting
6.
Building setbacks, side yards
and related height, bulk and design criteria. These standards
may be published in the form of a Design Review Manual or such
other manner as the ARB deems appropriate.

ARB approval is required for
changes including:
Installing
playgrounds, trampolines, or a statuette over 3-feet in height
Adding or
changing of tiles, walkways, pools screen enclosures, driveways
and landscaping
