ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the
CHARLESTON COURT AT ABACOA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, and am subject to the
Declaration of the CHARLESTON COURT AT ABACOA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
Failure to comply with terms and conditions thereof shall be a material
default and breech of the lease agreement.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fill out notification completely, and submit
to Bristol Management, 1930 Commerce Lane, Suite #1, Jupiter, Florida
33458, or fax to (561)575-5423. Please allow 10 days for review and action
to be taken by the Charleston Court at Abacoa Homeowners Association.
There is a $100.00 Non-Refundable application Fee.
- Above signed acceptance of the Rules and
Regulations must be submitted along with the application, as well as, a
copy of the lease agreement or the purchase contract.
- An interview is required to issue certificate of
approval.
- Please apply a minimum of 14 days prior to
execution. Every effort will be made to expedite the application
process.
- The Charleston Court at Abacoa Board of Directors as set forth in Article IX-2-E
hereby makes resolution to continue to collect capital contributions from
each Lot that is sold from this day forward. Which is equal to two months of
the association's annual assessment.
