The meeting was called to order at 7:59 pm.

Board members present were James Hotchkiss, Paige Davis and Lee Wolff. Steve Inglis and Beth Goin were present representing Bristol Management.

The Board of Directors and Officers of the Corporation are as follows:
James Hotchkiss- President
Lee Wolff- Vice President
Eric Arens- Secretary
John Kerns- Treasurer
Paige Davis- Director

A motion was made, seconded and carried to approve the officers and directors’ positions.

With no further business before the Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned.
