Trees (located in swale area, between road and sidewalk. |

landscape changes/modifications required the approval by the
Landscape Committee. Removal and replacement of
plants/trees is the financial responsibility of each owner.
Work orders must be obtained from Bristol for all
landscaping requests.

OWNER MAINTENANCE: |
Cleaning &
maintaining driveways, repairs to the exterior of Homes and
any adjoining wall or fences, including pressure cleaning
same.

after 30-days written notice from the Board, Association may
undertake such repairs; Owner will be assessed (Lien) for

the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants of the Blue
Heron Bay HOA. The Board must notify the Owner of the
violation & include the date and time of special meeting of
Board where owner can appeal.

meeting is required.

after approval from the Ibis POA. Dishes cannot exceed 39.37

TRASH |
Must be kept
in rubberized containers w/lids and be placed at the curb no
early than the evening before (after sunset) pickup or by
6:00am on the day of collection. |
Trash pick-up on Wednesday and
Saturday; Recycling items picked up on Saturday. Special

PARKING |
NO vehicles
may park on the streets between the hours of 12:01 am and

Ibis Security will ticket all

Flowers will be planted in the Fall

MULCH |
Each unit will receive 50 bags of mulch
in the Fall. |
