HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
DECEMBER - 2001 NEWSLETTER

PARKING:

The streets throughout the New Haven Community were not designed for parking on both sides of the street. There are many areas where no street parking is allowed at all due to the width of the roadway. Street parking is only authorized as indicated by the white strips. vehicles should be parked in the direction of the traffic. Please remember this is a Security and Safety issue for our neighborhood.

SPEEDING:

SLOW DOWN. We would like to think that the cars that are speeding through our neighborhood belong to visitors. This is not the case. Our neighbors are driving TOO FAST through a community to promote pedestrian traffic. So the next time you are running ten minutes behind schedule, remember that the extra minute you gained by speeding through the neighborhood could have endangered someone and you are still nine minutes behind schedule.

TOWNHOUSE OWNERS:

Are you aware that the Association does not provide Insurance coverage on the Buildings. Each owner is responsible to insure his or her own dwelling. It has come to the Association's attention that when some owners purchased and refinanced their homes, they did not take out the appropriate insurance. Please check your policy or check with your agent to make sure you have the appropriate insurance coverage.

Pets:

The number one complaint that the Association receives is in regard to owners that do not pick up after their pets and do not leash their animals. This is a violation of the Association's Documents and The Palm Beach County Public Safety Department Animal Care and Control Division. We are attaching, for New Haven residents' use, a copy of a Formal Affidavit Complaint Form.
