Upon completion, this community will have 505 home sites. Single family
homes and town homes are available. Throughout the community are entrances
to the Greenways, which will allow you a scenic walk through nature while
viewing endangered species or maybe you'd like to try catch and release
fishing. Activities Director coordinates daily activities for all age
groups. Mailrooms are conveniently located at clubhouses. Assessments
include grounds maintenance of the common areas, pool maintenance, front
yards of the single family homes, town house yard maintenance, cable
television and Property Owner Assembly Assessments.
